The exclusive Deer Crest real estate area offers some of the most luxurious single-family homes and condominiums in the world. Most of the homes in the gated communities of Deer Crest Estates and Snowtop feature ski-in ski-out access, private ski runs, spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Jordanelle Reservoir, open space, and more. Deer Valley East Village, formerly known as Mayflower Mountain Resort, is the newest real estate area of Deer Valley Utah in what is called “the largest ski resort expansion in ski resort history”. Over the next decade, the East Village area will be fully integrated into the Deer Valley experience and brand. This expansion will more than double Deer Valley’s skiable terrain, adding 16 new lifts, approximately 130 ski runs, four on-mountain restaurants, and a new 10-passenger gondola. One to three lifts are expected to run at the soft opening for the winter of 2024/2025. A significant portion of the new lifts and trails are set to open as early as the 2025/2026 ski season.

Extell has started to release some real estate opportunities at the Mayflower base area of Deer Valley Resort®. The Grand Hyatt features 55 private residences steps from the ski beach. Marcella, a gated community offers homesites for you to build your own custom ski home; and Velvaere is a luxury ski and wellness community that offers townhomes and luxury estate homes for sale. Expected to be released soon are Cormont Deer Valley featuring 400 condominium residences, townhomes at Marcella Landing, and residences in a five-star hotel development.
